Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for your community and ensuring every beverage meets quality standards.

You will coach partners, prepare drinks and food to standard recipes, delegate tasks, monitor store safety, and uphold policies while delivering friendly, efficient service across busy shifts. Great communication and teamwork are essential.
