Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team, delivering quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming environment for the community.

You will coach staff on standard recipes, manage tasks, and ensure safety, cash handling, and policy compliance during shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months in a role with customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees and coordinating work.

Responsibilities
