Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver the warm, welcoming experience our customers expect. You will guide baristas in crafting beverages and food to standard recipes, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency on shift.

You will mentor teammates, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers.
• Experience coaching food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate their work.
• Ability to direct the work of others and uphold store policies.
