Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a store team and ensure every guest receives a warm, efficient experience. You will coach partners, manage daily operations, and ensure every beverage and food item meets quality standards.

The role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks while maintaining store safety and cash handling procedures. You will help create a welcoming community space for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications
