Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in San Diego to lead daily store operations with craft and heart. You will guide beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming space for the community.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving frequent customer interaction.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more staff.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
