Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our California store. You will coach crew members, ensure beverage and food quality, and uphold safety and store policies while delivering a friendly customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and reliable attendance. You’ll empower partners, handle cash and POS procedures, and contribute to a welcoming environment for the community.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in customer-facing role.
