Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community while guiding beverage and food preparation to standard recipes. You will coach teammates, manage tasks, and uphold store policies with a focus on safety, service, and teamwork.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
