Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide beverage and food preparation, ensure quality standards, and coach teammates to maintain efficiency and warmth.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and adherence to safety, cash handling, and store policies while supporting growth opportunities and the company’s benefits program.

Qualifications

• Attend to customers with friendly, efficient service and maintain store standards.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security, with accommodations if needed.
• Minimum 6 months experience handling customer requests and serving guests.
• Experience coaching others and delegating tasks on shift.
• Knowledge of retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
