Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and cultivate a welcoming community space. You will coach team members, ensure consistency in food and beverage preparation, and uphold store policies with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work with a diverse team to deliver a premium Starbucks experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar setting.
• Ability to direct the work of others and supervise teammates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in a retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships in a fast-paced store.
