Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensuring quality beverages and food, while fostering a welcoming environment for the community. You will direct a small team, coach colleagues, and uphold safety and store standards to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of customer-facing and task-delegation experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Six months of experience in a role requiring continuous customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
