Starbucks Coffee Company in Chicago is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead team members on the floor, uphold quality beverages and food, and deliver a welcoming experience for customers and partners. You will coach partners, model café standards, manage daily opening/closing tasks, and respond to customer needs with professionalism.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for development, and access to comprehensive benefits as outlined by the Starbucks partner programs.
