Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced coffeehouse, ensuring quality beverages and food while delivering exceptional customer service. You will mentor partners, coordinate tasks, and uphold store standards in a welcoming community setting.

You will operate with craft and heart, guiding daily activities, resolving issues, and maintaining safety and store policies, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Starbuck’s benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
