Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily coffeehouse operations with craft and heart.

You will direct a team to prepare high-quality beverages and food, ensure policies are followed, and create a welcoming environment for customers and the community. You will be responsible for coaching staff, maintaining safety and cash procedures, and delivering exceptional service while collaborating with partners across shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
