Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Renton, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community and ensuring every cup meets our standards.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and guide beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer substitutions, while upholding safety, cash handling, and consistent, friendly service that strengthens community trust.

Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually with or without accommodation.

• Six months in a role requiring customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
