Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a Seattle-area store, ensuring high-quality beverages, food, and customer service. You will help coach teammates, manage shift operations, and uphold safety and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountable leadership, and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to partners and customers while supporting store performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as a supervisor, crafting beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Ensure store policies, quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety standards are met.
• Coach and direct team members to provide welcoming experiences and smooth operation during shifts.
