Job summary

The Pauma Heritage Quick Stop Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the barista team on assigned shifts, uphold store standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Under Store Manager supervision, you will coach teammates, handle opening/closing, manage cash handling, and maintain food safety and exceptional service for customers in Pauma Valley.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Starbucks barista experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and drug screening.

Under the supervision of the Starbucks Store Manager/Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor provides leadership during assigned shifts, supports daily store operations, and ensures exceptional customer service. This position helps maintain Starbucks operational standards, coaches team members, and promotes a welcoming and positive environment for customers and employees.
