Compass Minerals Ogden Inc in Ogden, UT is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, uphold safety standards, and ensure production plans are executed efficiently.
You will coordinate with direct reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining cost controls and accurate production/inventory records. A 3+ year leadership background in industry is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
