Job summary

Club-Demonstration-Services in New Jersey is seeking an energetic team member to boost sales through on-site live events and product sampling in communities across the area.

No experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for several hours, and availability of 4+ days per week including Sunday and Monday. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life with live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
• Support leadership through reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
