Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates seeks a Shift Supervisor for its Mooreland, OK plant. The role oversees production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving, guiding a team of about 10 employees on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Emphasis is on safety, efficiency, and meeting manufacturing objectives. You will train staff, monitor performance, ensure compliance with standards, and work closely with safety managers to uphold environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and participate in plant safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, legal and company standards.
• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping/receiving.
• Schedule and direct activities for ~10 full-time employees in production, packaging, maintenance, and warehousing.
• Monitor production and quality by reviewing reports and metrics.
• Coordinate plant activities to meet manufacturing objectives on time and cost-effectively.
• Provide training and guidance to subordinates.
• Maintain and update plant facilities and equipment.
