Compass Group USA's Eurest brand is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Nashville, TN. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that policies and procedures are followed while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling, evaluating performance, preparing reports, addressing employee concerns, mentoring staff, and performing other duties as assigned. Benefits and ongoing opportunities are provided.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
