Job summary

Domino is seeking a team member to join our store and manage shift responsibilities, ensuring cost controls, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and exceptional customer relations. You will follow policy and lead by example, with emphasis on staffing, schedule adherence, and store image for optimal customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, ability to process orders by phone and in person, and daily maintenance of equipment and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling during shift.
• Maintain excellent customer service and store appearance.
