Job summary

Braum's in Emporia, KS seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew during the 2:00 pm to close shift. You’ll coach staff, drive customer satisfaction, ensure food quality, and manage shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

A 45-hour week on a rotating schedule supports company goals and career growth. We require at least 1 year in a similar role, a high school diploma or GED, and eligibility to work in the US (21+).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00
(annually $40,500 - $43,500)

Shift Supervisor's role: Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we can strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals being achieved.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
