Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in DUMAS, TX to lead the store crew, coach staff, and maximize sales through excellent customer service and food quality. The role oversees shift operations and reports to the Assistant Manager, with expectations of a 2:00 pm–close schedule and at least 1 year of experience.

Compensation includes $15.50–$16.00 per hour (about $39,000–$42,000 annually) plus a strong benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, short-term disability,

• Minimum 1 year retail/food service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Position: Shift Supervisor
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Shift: 2:00 pm - Close
Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00
(annually $39,000 - $42,000)

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
