Unidine in Arvada, CO is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct associates during a shift and ensure that all job expectations are met in line with policy and safety standards.

The role involves training staff, creating schedules, evaluating performance, and preparing reports for management to maintain quality, productivity and safety. You will act as the main contact for time-off requests and opportunities for staff development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
