Compass Group USA's Chartwells Higher Ed unit is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Camarillo campus. The role directs associates during a shift, ensures daily tasks meet policy and quality standards, and supports a safe, efficient operation.

The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with days, nights, and weekends as needed, pay range of $24.00–$28.00 per hour, and benefits including Instapay and career development opportunities. Applications accepted ongoing.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience preferred.
• Shift supervision duties and training responsibilities.
• Ability to prepare production or sales reports.
• Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
