Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring Shift Supervisors for Capital One Chinatown in Washington, DC, with both full-time and part-time schedules and a pay range of $20.00–$21.00 per hour. You will direct the activities of associates on a shift, train staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, and ensure quality, productivity, and safety in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as a point of contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
