Job summary

Taco Time NW in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full Time Management shift leader to supervise daily kitchen and service operations, train staff, set priorities, and ensure quality guest experience.

You will manage cash control, coordinate workflow, support safety policies, and pursue internal promotions while enjoying competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months of practical experience in a corporate owned restaurant.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and listening abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and seek quality improvements.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation and cooking, assembling or packaging of food.
• Issues instructions, establishes priorities and sequences to expedite workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for efficiency and policy conformance.
• Reconciles daily receipts and records drops and banks.
• Demonstrates understanding of menu and assists with serving orders.
• Coaches others on safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates performance issues to management.
• Creates and enforces shift goals and policies during shift.
