Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift team, ensure food safety, quality, and customer service during busy periods. You will manage inventory and assist management in upholding brand standards.

Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation and flexible scheduling. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-shift team to meet Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during your shift.
• Support management in running great shifts and ensuring safe, timely service.
