Luke-Family-of-Brand is seeking a LiqGo Shift Supervisor in Valparaiso, IN. The role focuses on supervising the shift, greeting customers, and processing transactions while maintaining stock and inventory accuracy.

The position requires 21+, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain an Indiana Liquor License. It is a full-time, on-site role with hourly pay and opportunities to lead and develop store staff.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to obtain Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training Program
• Self-motivated, dependable
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus
• Basic mathematics skills

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and process transactions.
• Maintain stock and inventory using available tools and resources.
• Lead and develop team members on shift.
• Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous environment for customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cigarette & lottery inventory records.
• Keep store premises clean and orderly.
• Merchandise and keep accurate records.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
