You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and model friendly service. This role requires dependable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to coach teammates, delegate tasks, and maintain store safety and policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong oral communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead shift with craft and heart, directing two or more teammates.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, safety and security, with or without accommodations.
