Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or with customization.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Prepare beverages and food to spec or customer requests.
• Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security.
• Assist with training and supervising staff as needed.
