Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to teammates.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety, and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift and ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and customize beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Coach, assign, and supervise team tasks while managing staffing and break coverage.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance throughout the shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
