Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Cash handling and store safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare beverages and foods according to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and courteous service.
• Maintain store safety and security in line with policies.
• Adhere to store operating policies and standards.
