Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes, including substitutions.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the work of two or more staff.
• Meet store policies, including cash handling, safety, and security; accommodate reasonable requests.
• Availability for flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
