Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Davenport, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the local community. You will supervise team members, uphold quality beverages and food and maintain store operations.

You will coach preparation to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and direct the work of others while delivering friendly service during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others

• Lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Maintain quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
