Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food according to recipes and customer requests.
• Coach and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, adjusting ingredients as needed.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees to ensure smooth shift operation.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
