Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in San Diego is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community while ensuring beverage and food quality.

As a partner, you will coach team members, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies, safety, and customer service standards during all shifts. This role also offers opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling within a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling, safety and security.
• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality beverages and food.
