Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Direct and coach team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed during shifts.
