Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food and handle cash with store safety.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction.
• Prepare beverages/food per recipes and customize as needed.
• Six months of delegating tasks to 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach and develop team members during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
