Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that interacted with customers and fulfilled requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with craft and heart in a Starbucks coffeehouse.
• Coach and develop a small team to ensure quality beverages and food products.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and customer service standards.
• Open/close the store and manage shift tasks as needed.
