Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling, and maintain store safety and security.
• Coach and guide staff in food/beverage preparation according to recipes and customer changes.
