This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and effective communication to brighten customers’ days. The position requires flexible availability, willingness to coach staff, and adherence to safety and cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with frequent customer interaction.
• Coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Coach beverage and food prep to standard recipes and adjust as needed.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more team members during the shift.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security during all operations.
