Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding team members to prepare and serve quality beverages and food.
• Ensure store policies, safety, cash handling and security are followed.
• Coach and delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly customer experience and build relationships with customers.
