Qualifications

• Six months in a customer-facing role.
• Experience supervising two or more employees.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Direct the work of others and coach beverage/food preparation to standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security are followed.
• Direct daily tasks and coordinate assignments among team members.
• Provide friendly service to customers and resolve issues promptly.
