Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that involved regular customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the work of team members to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Coach and supervise food and beverage preparation to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ensure store policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service to brighten the customer experience.
