You will supervise daily operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and cash handling standards.

The role requires dependable attendance, flexible hours, and experience in fast-paced customer service, with strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to direct tasks and train

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance and follow store policies.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience serving customers and handling cash in a fast-paced setting.
• At least 6 months coordinating tasks or delegating to team members.
• Experience coaching others in food and beverage preparation to spec.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of retail environment and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Coach partners on beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety compliance.
