Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with/without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer tweaks.
• Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervisors and direct team to ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff during shifts.
• Uphold store safety and security, and adhere to policies and standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment and support community engagement.
