QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who brings energy, leadership, and flavor to every shift. You'll lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold a vibrant, people-first culture.

As the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn't on deck, you'll coach and train teammates, help manage inventory and cash, and keep operations running smoothly—from register to grill to prep. Nights, weekends, and holidays included.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and the ability to guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under pressure.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
