Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly to support restaurant operations and lead front- and back-of-house teams.

You will supervise shifts, ensure high quality food and service, and assist managers as a keyholder. The role offers base pay $2.13/hr plus tip share with total earnings often $25–$30/hr, and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time or part-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of current full service restaurant manager experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Shift supervisory / shift lead responsibilities to ensure high quality food is prepared and served.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour.

However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed.

You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.
