Job summary

Runza is seeking shift supervisors for both full-time and part-time roles. You will lead a fast-paced restaurant team, manage schedules, and ensure outstanding guest service while upholding Runza's safety and quality standards.

This position offers flexible scheduling, training, tuition assistance, half-price meals, PTO, and other benefits as part of a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, direct, and manage team members.
